Payment & Returns

We will exchange or refund if items is faulty. You will need to notify us immediately at sales@fuusionzone.com.au. Refunds due to faulty or damaged goods will include the product cost plus postage. Please note that faulty items must be returned within 7 days. Refunds will not occur until the item has been returned. Unfortunately we are not able to refund items due to a change in mind. To ensure you have the best online shopping experience possible we have put together a flexible returns policy to give you that extra piece of mind. If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to us asap. Please also indicate the reason for your return. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
